JOB DESCRIPTION
- Have sound knowledge of lifestyle and entertainment- based reporting
- Develop and follow breaking news
- Write well-researched and reasoned articles
- Contribute in the process of news production including generating ideas and discussing topics and relevany issues
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Should have excellent command over english
- Good news sense of both national and international affairs, strong understanding and appreciation of new trends in lifestlye
- Able to establish priorities and balance a desire for perfection with the necessity to follow deadlines
- Willing to work in shifts and during unsociable hours
- Should be proactive with a willingness to learn and work as a part of a team
- Nose for news, promptness, and communication and interpersonal skills a must
- Willingness to cope and handle complex work sitautions
